2. Products and Services

2.1 Product Descriptions

We take pride in accurately representing our motorcycle gear (helmets, apparel, accessories, etc.). However, slight variations in color or design may occur. Product dimensions are approximate. If you receive an item significantly different from its description, contact us immediately.

2.2 Safety Gear Disclaimer

While we test all protective equipment (helmets, armor, etc.) in real riding conditions, proper fit and usage are your responsibility. We don’t guarantee injury prevention. Always follow manufacturer guidelines for use and maintenance.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, these items cannot be returned:

• Motorcycle Batteries (chemical handling regulations)
• Opened Motorcycle Cleaning & Care products
• Custom/personalized gear

3. Ordering and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse orders (e.g., incorrect pricing, suspicious activity). You’ll receive an order confirmation email – this is not acceptance, just acknowledgment.

Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We’re not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. You’re responsible for:

5. Returns and Refunds

• In original packaging
