We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for riders who need their gear quickly
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Economical option for non-urgent orders
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
Our Rider-Friendly Return Process

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Motorcycle Batteries (due to chemical handling regulations)
- Motorcycle Cleaning & Care products (if containers have been opened)
- Custom-ordered or personalized gear

Step 2: Package Your Items
Securely repackage all items with original protective materials. Include all tags, certificates, and accessories. For helmets, ensure the interior padding is undisturbed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Upon approval, you’ll receive:
- US Customers: Prepaid return label via email (standard shipping)
- International Customers: Shipping instructions with customs documentation
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover one reshipping within continental US.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Our gear specialists inspect returns within 2 business days of arrival at our Portland facility. You’ll receive email confirmation when:
