The Quad Lock motorcycle phone vibration dampener will reduce over 90% of high frequency vibrations produced by most motorcycles. The Quad Lock vibration dampener ensures you can confidently mount your smartphone to any motorbike. A mount and case are available separately and required to use the dampener.

The level of vibration from some motorcycles can affect the image stabilisation on new smartphones. The optional Quad Lock Vibration Dampener ensures you can confidently mount your smartphone to any motorcycle.

WILL I NEED ONE FOR MY SETUP?

Research indicates that only certain motorcycle types have experienced the issue, however, a number of the bikes in the same classification have had no issues whatsoever. Quad Lock recommends the use of a Vibration Dampener at all times.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Vibration Dampener protects your smartphone’s camera from high frequency vibrations. The silicone grommets used absorb the vibrations and are specifically tuned to dampen at higher frequency vibrations (vibration danger zone), which is why you may notice more movement in the lower frequencies. PERFORMANCE TESTED BY THE BEST

Working with vibration specialists in Automotive and Defence, the Vibration Dampener was put through extreme performance testing. It was also extensively tested in real world scenarios thanks to the dedicated Quad Lock community. The motorcycles listed have been known to cause vibration damage to the optical image stabilisation of smartphones when mounted, however, even if your bike is not listed, Quad Lock recommends the use of our Vibration Dampener for additional confidence.
