Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship globally from our Portland warehouse, except to some Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your location. If you have any doubts, contact us before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for return:
  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Helmets must be returned with all original packaging and without any signs of wear
  • Protective gear must not show any signs of use

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account (typically 3-10 business days).
